Angie Harmon was an American actress, model and singer who was a part of numerous films and TV programs during the past several decades. Initially, she was an established model, and later after gaining international fame she made her first attempt at acting. She started her acting career through the 1995 TV show"Baywatch Nights. Harmon's voice was used in the animated version of 'Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.' Harmon took a decision early in 2000 to stop acting on TV and focus only on film. Following a couple of movies then she went back to her television role. In 2008, she was among of only a few actors to be photographed discreetly naked in the magazine 'Allure'. The character of the detective Jane Rizzoli was her most notable work on the TNT series Rizzoli & Isles. In her role as detective, Harmon was widely acknowledged and recognized. Angie Harmon is nominated and recognized for her outstanding performance.
